Your commitment to us

·       When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Model Village Godshill Ltd and yourself.

Prices

·       Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

·       Prices displayed are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

·       If you choose to cancel your booking please contact us via hello@modelvillagegodshill.co.uk with your Booking Reference.   The refund will be minus £5 administration charge.  

Online Booking

·       Online tickets must be booked 24 hours in advance.

·       Once purchased online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

·       No ticket may be resold or transferred.

·       Your ticket is only valid for the date shown on the ticket

·       Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available for bookings made by phone or in person.

·       Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.

·       Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.

·       No person 16 or under will be allowed entry to Model Village Godshill Ltd unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.  Such person or persons whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times.

·       Last admission to the Model Village is 30 minutes before advertised closing time.
